We have grilled 100% grass fed Teres major (which is almost as tender as a filet minion but also has good flavor). It is raised in Australia , grilled in our kitchen and sliced up, so you can put it together with other food, or eat alone. We are selling it by the pound (cooked weight). Please say how you would like it cooked in the comments - rare, medium rare, medium or well done. We recommend enjoying it medium rare.
